Virtual Wellness Space
My gift is a deep capacity for connection, being fully present, and holding a non-judgmental space for you to be seen and truly heard. And with over 25 years experience as a wellness facilitator and mental health clinician, I offer an expansive, multi-faceted skillset and safe space to connect, regardless of what health concerns you may bring to our virtual sessions together.
All virtual sessions are held via a secure, encrypted video conferencing platform called doxy.me, which is similar to Skype or Zoom, but designed for health care providers and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
You don’t need to download or install anything; just click on the link that I’ll send you just before our booked session together. You’ll be taken to my virtual wellness space where we can have a video session together using your computer, android or iPhone. This works beautifully to meet you where you are and creates the space to journey to the same places as we would in person.
